Performance winter tire for cars. Optimal high speed performance, good braking power and improved handling on dry, wet or snowy roads. Asymmetric band tread design that includes two different areas. The indoor area has oblique grooves which increase cornering grip and reduce rolling noise. This gives the tire improved traction on snow and driving comfort. The outer area is provided with longitudinal grooves which reduce the risk of aquaplaning, and two central strips of more rigid and spaced blocks which increase the rigidity of the tire. The outer zone components also contribute to the grip on snow, safety on wet roads and better road holding on ground. Lamellae gives the tire a larger footprint, therefore a larger surface of contact with the ground, for better grip in traction and braking even on very rough roads. New mixture of gum which optimizes handling and grip on dry, wet or snowy roads.
